'A Complete Yoga Workshop' on Weekends (Sat & Sun from 1pm to 3 pm)

This workshop is for you, if you want to learn all aspects of yoga before starting your regular yoga practices or you want to build your confidence in yoga practices that you are already doing.  You will learn 'A Yoga Sequence' including breathing techniques, joyful yoga posture, blissful guided meditation, and glimpse of ancient knowledge. We will cover the obstacles in the path of yoga and how to overcome them.   Look no further and attend this workshop, spread over three weekends, total six sessions of two hour each.

Work with me to start a yoga practice with good foundations and technique to build personal resilience and take your practice to the next level by working on specific yoga postures. I can also facilitate to design a practice to address your unique requirements.


Workplace Yoga Wellbeing Package 


Our Yoga classes designed to reduce stress and improve resilience in your staff.  These classes occur on a regular basis with 1 or 2 classes a week.  The Yoga wellbeing package will include weekly yoga classes and regular email updates to share tips and techniques to your staff to increase awareness and participation.

Free Event: Yogic wisdom and meditation

Starting from 5th August, every first Sunday of the month, we invite you to attend free yogic knowledge and meditation session from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm. 

 Yoga Sutras of Patanjali 
Sutra (in Sanskrit) literally means a thread or string that holds things together and more metaphorically refers to an aphorism. The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali are 196 sūtras by Maharishi Patanjali that succinctly outline the art and science of Yoga and meditation for Self-Realization

Sri Sri Natya (Dance) Workshop

This five-day course combines the healing power of Mudras, Yoga postures, Dance and Meditation to deliver a new you - energetic, confident and graceful. There is no pre-requisite of Dance knowledge and is recommended for both boys and girls above the age group of 14 years.
The dance movements strengthen the body and soothe the nervous system, taking away the worries and stress of daily life.

Date: Sept 5-9 2018

Timing:  Wed, Thu, Fri: 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm 

Sat, Sun: 10 am- 12 am
