This workshop is for you, if you want to learn all aspects of yoga before starting your regular yoga practices or you want to build your confidence in yoga practices that you are already doing. You will learn 'A Yoga Sequence' including breathing techniques, joyful yoga posture, blissful guided meditation, and glimpse of ancient knowledge. We will cover the obstacles in the path of yoga and how to overcome them. Look no further and attend this workshop, spread over three weekends, total six sessions of two hour each.
Private Yoga Classes
Work with me to start a yoga practice with good foundations and technique to build personal resilience and take your practice to the next level by working on specific yoga postures. I can also facilitate to design a practice to address your unique requirements.
Workplace Yoga Wellbeing Package
Our Yoga classes designed to reduce stress and improve resilience in your staff. These classes occur on a regular basis with 1 or 2 classes a week. The Yoga wellbeing package will include weekly yoga classes and regular email updates to share tips and techniques to your staff to increase awareness and participation.
This 10 hour workshop, taught over 5 days, teaches a holistic way of energising and integrating your mind, body and spirit through a restorative yoga practice.

Secrets of the Breath
The heart of The Happiness Program is a series of yogic breathing techniques, including the Sudarshan Kriya, which reduces your stress and raises your energy, bringing you back to a clear and positive state of mind.
