'Prasanna' means Happiness. According to Patanjali 'Chitta' is made up of mind, intellect,memory, and ego function of consciousness. Our yoga style facilitates the process of keeping the 'Chitta' happy.
We are inspired by and trained at Sri Sri School of Yoga (SSSY). We teach holistic Yoga in a joyful environment. Our Yoga is for everyone, for beginners and for regular practitioners as well.
